… 2. Constitution(Law/Caesar) – Polity(Community)
… 3. Guns(Military/People) – State (Territory, Property, Life)

Other civilizations all failed to produce trifunctionalism: a competition creating an equalibrium between intuition (faith), constitution(cooperation), and military (limits on behavior). With the middle east (south eurasians) producing religious monopoly, the chinese state monopoly, and everyone else simply failing.

Why? Because in europe the civilization was created top down on the conquered. In china top down on the kin. And the middle east, bottom up against the chieftains.
