Are you or is kieth trying to argue that the P-method does not provide a formal method for the adjudication of truth claims? Or reciprocity claims? Of imposition of costs upon demonstrated interests? Or that it doesn’t correspond to centuries of evidence in dispute resolution?

@torinmccabe @PROPERTARYAN In other words, there is no evidence that the common law worked in English, British, and American civilizations, and that we cannot expand the existing prohibition against fraud in commerce to scientific, academic, economic, and political speech using the method I suggest?
