I don’t think we’re talking past each other so much as still trying to solve the problem bottom up(organically) by some sort of religion, vs top down(militarily) by institutions and law. It’s just the universal difference in the distribution of cogntion and incentives. Need both.

@Imperius__13 @Airmanareiks It’s bidirectional. Hence why norms traditions institutions metaphysics and group strategies reflect IQ(Neotenic) differences – so they’re self reinforcing. We’re stuck with the evolutionary necessity of homogeneity and isolation to calculate continuous competitive advantage.
