This has been a heroic succes. The failure is the press to report on it as heroic. The other failure is lying to the people about masks initially and not locking down the medical and elder care sector. And it’s because the chinese lied to the world.

So the average idiot (Press) thinks the government has the power to do such things AND IT DOESN’T. Military assets are all but useless. The CDC and the WHO were incompetent and failed their core missions – because they don’t practice yearly ‘war games’ that test their abilities.
