@an_capitalist @Mattzwolinski That makes no sense. One doesn’t HAVE rights. One desires rights. Groups create a commons (institutions) that articulate rights, and obligations in exchange for them, and insures those rights and obligations when disputes (conflicts) arise – especially those with externalities.
