The single most consequential measure bar none is adaptability, and adaptability is caused by neotenic evolution, decline of aggression, and measured with individual, median, and average intelligence. After intelligence, we see military organization during the time of civilization formation, and the order of development of the three possible institutions of religion, state, and law. Any even cursory student of world affairs, the data by country, with an understanding of human evolution, cannot deny that our group differences are evolutionary, neoteny, IQ as a measure of (g), and institutions are the means by which we are most adaptive, resulting in relative competition in time, producing relative differences in wealth.

There is no substitute for evolutionary progress resulting in IQ. We rapidly maximized morphology, then sociability, then intelligence, and at present it’s difficult to see what else we can exploit other than intelligence science and technology.

And the painful lesson is that the eugenicists were right and that the primary difference in standards of living in the worlds is that east asia and western europe held both an evolutionary leap in neotenic evolution AND were successful at reproductive upward redistribution under agrarianism.

So the most successful method of increasing a standard or living is decreasing the reproduction of the underclases, and conversely the most rapid way of decreasing competitive ability is increasing the underclasses. When I discussed this with Lynn he agreed that this was rather obvious and that Europeans were and continue losing aggregate (g) through downward distribution reproduction from the middle to the lower classes, and amplifying it with immigration.
