Under Natural Law (P-Law) all Rights are constructed from Reciprocity, AND a Right is composed of 1. Criteria for Earning it, 2. The Right itself, 3. The Obligation to Grant, 4. The Obligation to Defend, and the 5. Inalienability of Rights AND Obligations.
