Argument by inconsistent analogy. (a) DNA can’t reason or calculate so it can’t make mistakes or errors as do humans. So we call processes errors only by analogy not causal identity (b) transcription isn’t an error it’s necessary. If it wasn’t necessary evolution wouldn’t occur.
