In my work on constitutional reforms CDC, Homleand Security, Borders, Research are rolled under defense, require all employees, and all vendors ‘sign’ as reservists, with ranks, and so are mobilizable under crisis as a military organization, with military rights to all assets.

@JayMan471 The cdc doesn’t run war games that falsify the organization’s readiness and competence, nor does treasury or any bureaucracy other than the military.The military was superior at every crisis for this reason. Laundering military from society has vast consequences. CDC failed hard.
