So the answer isn’t nihilism, it’s teaching them how to obtain sufficient knowledge to make a decision – in a world full of lies perpetuated by people intentionally trying to mislead them.

@paulportesi In your efforts to combat overconfidence (dunning kruger) you are in effect advocating nihilism. People are only overconfident because they lack the skills, social, and institutional pressure to hold opinions when most of us are ignorant w/o exhausting all knowledge on a subject.
