2) In P-Law We use require ‘original intent’ declared when making law, and use ‘strict construction’ as in mathematics (measurement) and programming (operations) – law looks like programming a bit – to not only limit judicial interpetation, but state construction.

1) P-Law: Previous generations of legal theorists couldn’t formalize the law – especially given the conflict between common(law), positive law (command), and marxism (parasitism (anti-law)). Scholars use “Strict Construction, Originalism, and Textualism” because of this failure.
