I don’t think that statement makes quite the sense you think it does. 😉 Is blocked WHEN and FOR WHAT? Meaning, sometimes I can’t tell the difference between a failed attempt at humor and being a c—t. Usually there isn’t any. If there is, I apologize. If not. Good riddance. 😉
