Leftist: Authoritarian Bottom. But French-German socialists wanted to redistribute through nationalism, maximum autarchy, and preserve natural (necessary) hierarchy, but left increase consumption. Mussolini/Hiter restored PATERNALISM to prevent both capitalism and communism.
