REGARDING EDUCATION

Everything I write in the introduction is something I don’t have to write in the constitution. So I want to make those arguments here in the introduction that are most likely to meet opposition or confusion. Education is something people understand. If I say that we’re going to reform the economy that’s something they don’t expect to understand so deeply.

I would prefer to get every section pretty filled out like education is, and then simply move the declaratives into the constitution where necessary.
