The scientific enlightenment of the anglos was fine. The counter-scientific counter-enlightenment of the french (secular socialism), germans (secular theology), and ashkenazim (pseudoscience), and now islam (fundamentalism) are revolts against chinese and european eugenics.

Western civ is incompatible with universal democracy because its entire premise is adapting to physical, natural, and evolutionary laws, and profiting from incremental domestication of the underclasses by limiting their reproduction.
