Separate houses of congress would have continued the european tradition of producing exchanges beween the classes. And we could have prevented the undermining of our civlization due to the vulnerability of females to false promise of freedom from physical and evolutionary laws.

@patacar You notice that I explain the truth, that men and women evolved empathic(interpersonal) and systemic (political) intuitions and that these intuitions affect all judgement. As such the franchise to women like the unpropertied, should have required an additional house of congress.
