It’s a pseudoscientific term for what is a necessary feature of communication by serialization of continuous recursive disambiguation that gave rise to the ancient technique of mystics, fortune tellers, and scammers of all sorts – the most obvious of which in our community is the NAP, which suggests enough to evoke substitution of limits within the audience, and feeds the false consensus bias, convincing a million idiots they agree when they agree on the trivial (see molyneux) but not on anything else – which is the reason there are no advanced literatures in libertarianism. Because it’s just advanced fortue telling, numerology, astrology in moral guise.
