Evidence is that only 20% of voters are informed, becaue only 20% of the population can be (and it’s decreasing). The rest are led by social construction (deception). What is the cost of one point of intelligence in a demographic? Three? At what point is democracy impossible?

Scales: reaction > Intuition > reason > calculation, > computation. Myth > History > Law > Economics > Science > mathematics. We are capable of Graceful Improvement and ‘failure’.
