@timeindawater1 @funder 9) Trump is making what he (we) consider an incompetent complacent politicized set of bureaucracies accountable for overcoming process and regulation, by putting the blame on them if they don’t. (Look at why we can’t produce tests, masks, ventilators, and drugs – bureaucracy.)
