So, whether government chooses to prosecute you for 2nd degree murder is a choice, but whether you committed 2nd degree murder isn’t’. You did or didn’t. If you do not self quarantine you are engaged in risking murder of others.

@RickyBobby_USA @JohnMarkSays It’s not a question of government it’s a question of truth or falsehood. Yes,if your action or inaction causes the death of others, by accident it’s manslaughter, by design (first), or not (second) it’s still murder. So yes, it’s not an accident, it’s not intent, it’s Murder 2nd.
