@NickJFuentes Nick: 1) It was a false dichotomy: to replace rule of law(Local Capitalism) vs Discretionary Rule (International socialism). Individual Sovereignty requires Rule of Law (of Reciprocity) Jury, Thang(Council),Senate, King, Markets in Everything. Tripartism requires three economies.
