It is extremely unlikely that unless as some predicted china’s ‘correction’ is so severe that north and south split china as was about to happen before mao, that china will follow the strategy I have stated above. The belth and road initiative is just a military supply route.

@QuestionMThings This is their tradition: gradual colonization and rule, using delay and deceive, while claiming false moral license.
India (population), Russia (technology), will have to stop them. My suspicion is that they will use Pakistan to weaken india, and slowly colonize all siberia.
