@curtdoolittle @WorMartiN Apples, oranges and god knows what else. It looks like Western (European) just means dominant at the time; the winner. You don’t mean the fallen European empires do you? With survivorship bias it just doesn’t mean anything looking backwards. You are tying into a false concept.
