As such private property evolves slowly from commons. That’s the evidence everywhere and always. Property itself is a commons. Not an ideal, not theological, but real.
Why did property evolve? Division of labor – demonstrated interests, inheritance of tools, animals, land.

@HliosX @Ozpin_88 2) reality is that ethics are MADE by necessity within a political context. They aren’t ideals (imaginary). The scope of property is discovered and normalized. Rights are made by creating courts to adjudicate them. You have to produce a polity that can survive opposition.
