@Abhiman11678846 Well, what question are you asking? I’m asking how to decide law. I’m explaining why the west evolved faster than all the rest in both ancient and modern worlds. I’m explaining we cannot evolve (adapt) faster than by these means, because the are most eugenic, and most innovative.
