The vast majority of peaceful folk need to go to DC.
The small numbers of less peaceful folk will do the rest elsewhere. I understand 4GW. We are post military warfare now. The time where Europeans domesticated war is over. There won’t be ‘armies’. It will be ‘everywhere’.
