Well, how do we discover crimes today? What range of ‘punishments’ to we impose upon people? Criticism, Shaming, Ridicule, Reputation Destruction, loss of market, loss of distributors, loss of state or organizational funding, and even criminal punishment (spray paint).

@curtdoolittle @DegenRolf Yes, but liable to whom? If there are different classes of riders, then there are different classes of culture, and thus a wide variety of animals being ridden, and yet, your arguments seem crafted to delegitimate such pluralism.
