@GregCampNC @StoicMDJ What’s obvious is that the problem worldwide is the rate of reproduction of the underclasses vs the middle classes, and that the carrying capacity of the planet is not limited to the circulation of carbon emissions – but every other resource on the planet. ie: one child policy.
