OK, P-leadership. What the F has happened that you all went light speed all of a sudden? What changed? Why are the second and third tier guys stepping up with solid work. Was it taking responsibility? Something else? I don’t understand? WTF is happening? I mean it’s beautiful but I want to understand it so we can explain the learning curve to the next generation.
