Not really. You can follow along, or I wait until the video comes out. It’s written but I haven’t recorded it. but it’s not that hard: take an idea, look up the synonyms and antonyms, organize them by something they have in common,, then define them in operational language (beginning with eprime). learning how to do that takes practice. But if you see the examples I create regularly it will make sense.
