We can amend our Constitution by force, just as it was amended by force in the Reconstruction after the civil war. We can restore the sovereignty of the states, and we can fix the vulnerability of the constitution, our political processes, and legislation from the bench.

We can prevent another dark age at least as catastrophic as the fall of Rome. We can created a new Renaissance – a rebirth – and bring about an era, not of favelas, poverty, and decline, but of arts, sciences, commons families, and the civil society destroyed over the past 70yrs.
