Is that intended to be an argument? Because it’s just not Greeks and Romans were IE’s WHG+ (european) conquerers of NF’s just like germans of Greeks and Romans. Ethnocentrism, homogeneity, natural law of reciprocity are the optimum social order, and produce highest trust.
