The framers didn’t know how to write a better constitution but they knew that the entirety of it was dependent upon militia, sovereignty, reciprocity in life(time), liberty(action), and property (demonstrated interests), and adjudicated empirically by a jury of peers.

@RedbeardWrath @TOOEdit The problem isn’t Government, its the Constitution, Rights, Processes, Incentives and Standing to Prosecute violations of Rule of Law by the Natural Law of Reciprocity (Tort). Restore the market for prosecution of treason, defamation, deceit.
