A woman can choose to kill an innocent baby because it will impose costs upon her because of her reproductive strategy – as mother of a child; but a man cannot choose to punish or kill a guilty person for the costs he imposes upon him because of his reproductive strategy: the long term survivability of the polity.
Reciprocity. Termination is a right for all or it is not a right.
