There is a vast difference between low income and poor. Those with low income scale their consumption to meet their earnings, while those who are poor cannot scale their productivity to increase their income. The many rural people have low income, they aren’t poor. Baltimore is.

@FGrifter @MrTope @realDonaldTrump Well, I’ve been in the 1% much of my life, and I’m surrounded by middle and working class folk, who have manners too good to use the vulgar prose you so confidently issue. Meanwhile I can waltz into a blue city and see figurative and literal human waste, and no-go zones.
