Democracy is the privilege of participating in the returns of constructing a high trust, majority middle class polity, by the imposition of rule of law of tort, with universal application and standing (isonomy), under individual sovereignty, meaning several property rights.

@jimsciutto When Russians on the street ask for ‘democracy’ what they want is Rule of Law and to end corruption. It’s the same as in Muslim countries. They ask for Sharia because it’s all they know of. But we sell Democracy (a bad) instead of Rule of Law: isonomy, tort, sovereignty (a good).
