CONSPIRACIES OF COMMON INTEREST
Conspiracies of common interest are not conspiracies of intent. Change the incentives and change the laws and prosecute offenders. Don’t wish that people wouldn’t pursue incentives because you’re high trust and they are not – they’re parasites.
