You mean like providing limited liability? Or providing rule of law, courts, generating trust, risk tolerance, and the market and monetary velocity the results from it? You mean like providing commons despite the problem of free riders, parasites, those who privatize public goods and socialize private losses? You mean that every major country’s competitive advantage WASN’T a product of private-state partnership?

Democratic Governments sell rents. Bureaucratic employees seek rents. Solve the problem of selling rents.

The problem isn’t state (defense) or government (production of commons) but corruption and rent seeking.

The problem is democracy, and deprivation of standing in matters of the commons before the courts.
Otherwise we would have this country cleaned up by Tuesday.
