I wrote about this in the 80’s but the tech wasn’t there yet. Mostly because of battery power and material weights. We have the tech now so it’s just going to happen. Land mines that can explode if touched or exhausted; wait until they see an opportunity, or hunt opportunity.

@PeterZeihan The russian method is saturation with artillery first and always has been. This just provides portable mines. and piloted grenades. Only brits and germans depend on maneuver.
Artillery, then cleanup (this new tech), then tanks with infantry.
Nobody does land war like Russians.
