I AM A LIBERTARIAN because I and my people are capable of it. I would not recommend it to people who are INCAPABLE of it.There is one perfect rule of law,but the governments we create under it must reflect the ABILITIES of the people. (Obviously EITHER Germans OR Anglos are odd.)
