Because our grammar and semantics are derivative of our actions. The rest is value attribution and analogy. So while we perceive the same reality we perceive different values and strategies for action in reality because of those values and conventions.

That’s how distinct cultures really arise; they’re not necessarily rooted in or expressions of genetic difference, or certainly not the in the sense you claim anyway.
