THE CHINESE MILITARY STRATEGY, (as popularized by no less than Kissinger) is to follow Sun Tsu’s advice, and incrementally accumulate power under peaceful pretense until the enemy can be easily destroyed, colonized, or ignored. This is why no Chinese words have meaning.
