China is using Singapore as a micro model, and Singapore is the biggest advocate of state capitalism.

Lee Kwan Yu once said there are two reasons for Asia’s economic success: state capitalism and the US Navy.

Asia can’t go to war as long as the US Navy patrols the Pacific and South China Sea. And, of course, the trade routes are open.
