(Try not to do food posts, but the Moroccan Tajins (chicken) I just made are pretty good. Not good enough yet – I don’t have the spices right, and not oily enough (reduced enough?) – but getting there. Was thinking about the Marrakesh restaurant in Kiev and …. just had to do it. Every day that passes I want to be back in Ukraine even more.)
