However, these are common cites:

(a) domestic violence among native peoples

(b) lots of transitory male dominated construction labor

(c) lots of isolation so that there is no one to call for help.

(d) shortage of women.

(e) near universal inclusion of drugs and alcohol clouding circumstances.

(e) near impossibility of prosecution.
