The primary advocate of the saltwater/freshwater distinction is Krugman/DeLong/Stiglitz; the Austrian school is still conflated between Mengerian (empirical) and misesian (rationalist).The classicals (mostly historians), and the mathematicians (mostly 20thc) rarely are mentioned.
