FALSE FRAMING: It’s not an alliance. The core state of Europe is and was Germany, and Germany(Sparta/Army) was conquered and has been a client state of Anglo civilization(Athens/Navy). USA Can no longer afford Client States without the Petrodollar to fund policing world trade.
