454 Casull with 30mm Grenade Launcher.Jon JonathanWould feel a lot more comfortable shooting it if it had a folding “arm brace”.Dec 05, 2017 6:44pmCurt Doolittleman up. lol ;)Dec 05, 2017 6:47pmJack RiänThe barrel porting is all the recoil reduction you’d need. LolDec 05, 2017 6:50pmJon JonathanThe grenade launcher’s barrel isn’t ported.Dec 05, 2017 6:53pmIgor RogovYeah, that’s what you need when fighting your sex doll hacked by Chinese agents.Dec 05, 2017 7:24pmEly Harman”Too much recoil” is just another way of saying “not enough PT.”Dec 05, 2017 8:27pmCurt DoolittleRecoil from a 40mm ~= 20ga. light.Dec 05, 2017 8:57pmJon Jonathanhttp://www.guns.com/2012/02/17/the-pfeifer-zeliska-the-revolver-in-600-nitro-express/Dec 05, 2017 8:57pmDaniel Roland AndersonI was just out shooting 40mm today from an H&K GLM. The consensus was (after about 30 chalk rounds each) that the GLM beats you up more than the Barrett .50 semi-auto.

The GLM seems to talk to your shoulder more than the H&K 69 with the identical round. But it’s cold today.

After a few rounds, that LONG trigger gets noticeable.

(I wonder what the M79 “Blooper” was like.)Dec 05, 2017 9:04pmCurt Doolittlesearch for videos. It’s not much.Dec 05, 2017 10:00pmCurt DoolittleA 12 guage from the hand is pretty tough. A 20 ga is not.Dec 05, 2017 10:00pmRolo TomasiHow heavy is that?Dec 06, 2017 1:01amCurt DoolittleI dunno how to weigh pixels.

But if it ever was built, I’d assume that given the smith and wesson full size 500 runs to 76 ounces, and the Taurus Raging Bull 454 about the same, I would think it’d weigh close to 5lbs fully loaded. (a bag of flour). The upper vane is unnecessary reinforcement, and the nonsense at the hammer as well. And it’s hard for me to estimate the weight of the launcher, or the means of trigger (I’d recommend a second trigger) but it’d be in the 5lb pound family I’m sure.

you could always beat someone with it….. lolDec 06, 2017 1:07amDaniel Roland AndersonAlmost nothing irritates me more than when I ask someone for an estimate and they say “I have no idea.” That answer is almost always false.

You gave a damned reasonable estimate of weight here.Dec 06, 2017 1:15amJon JonathanAdd another 1.5 pounds for 6 rounds of 400 grain .454 Casull. I don’t know the weight of the grenade.Dec 06, 2017 1:31amMaxim V FilimonovAutistic as hell.Dec 06, 2017 5:03amCurt Doolittledoin my job man. lolDec 06, 2017 10:26am
