I mean, you can easily reverse an economic and population decline with time. But it took rediscovery of greek reason and roman law, and a series of vast wars in european history, and the reformation, and the enlightenment, and the colonial period, and the world wars, and the rise of marxism, and we are STILL not free of the evils that were imposed upon us by the forcible introduction of christianty.
