THE WEAK NEED LIES. THE STRONG LOVE.

I don’t long for that continental bullshit like so many europeans and christians. So I don’t ‘feel anything’ when people talk about ‘the modern age’, or ‘spirituality’.

I get my highs from sacrifice for *loyalty*; from pursuit of *achievement*; from the study of *excellence*; and from the appreciation of *beauty*.

I feel history… the long line of my people. Their burdens and their joys, failures and achievements. Because my people’s burdens, joys, failures and achievements are worth feeling, appreciating, loving – and most of all, worth continuing their sacrifices in exchange for giving me this life, these people, this civilization, this world.
